Christian Counselling

"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves”

- Victor Frankl

About

A smiling woman with shoulder-length brown hair wearing a white t-shirt, sitting with her arms crossed on her lap, against a dark background.

I’m Kim, a Christian Counselor dedicated to supporting women and young people (aged 15+) through life’s ups and downs.

So often, we can appear to be coping perfectly well on the outside, while on the inside feeling anxious, stressed, emotionally flat, or completely overwhelmed by the demands of life. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to talk things through.

If you're looking for a supportive space where you can be deeply heard and understood while navigating faith, relationships, work, or life's many pressures, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore your challenges and build practical skills that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and confident in moving forward.

Our Sessions, Your Way

Our work together is confidential, collaborative, respectful, and led by you. Because everyone’s comfort zone looks different, you can choose the environment that suits you best:

  • Online: From the comfort of your own space

  • Office-Based: A quiet, dedicated counselling room in Noosaville

  • Walk and Talk: Beach, River or park

I invite you to a free 15-minute meet and greet call. Contact me in the form below, and let’s take the next step together.

Areas of practice

  • Silhouetted signpost against a colorful sunset sky with pink, purple, and blue hues.

    Life transitions.

Big changes can leave you feeling unsettled, even when they’re welcome. Counselling offers a space to work through what a new chapter means for you, and to find your footing.

  • A barren landscape with a row of leafless trees on a flat, snow-covered ground under a cloudy sky.

    Grief & Loss.

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and there’s no right way to feel it. Counselling offers a gentle space to talk about your loss, at your own pace.

  • A person with dark hair wearing a brown sweater and black pants stands on the beach facing the ocean, with waves washing onto the shore and an overcast sky overhead.

    Anxiety.

If you’re dealing with constant worry, overthinking, panic or feeling on edge, counselling can help you understand what’s behind it and build practical ways to cope.

  • Group of friends running in a desert landscape during sunset, with Joshua trees and mountains in the background.

    Young people.

Growing up can be hard, and sometimes it helps to talk to someone outside the family or school. Counselling offers young people a safe, respectful space to be heard.
